# The conditions a readout is published under

Every page on this domain records what a venue's order book and its own paperwork said on a stated
day, printed so that somebody else can go and check it. That is the whole of what is on offer here,
and this page exists to say so in plain words rather than leave it to be inferred. What follows sets
out the claim a readout makes and the one it will not make, how long a figure stands before it should
be treated as stale, whose documents the outbound links reach, who settles whether a reader may open
an account anywhere at all, what a wrong number on one of these pages owes, and how to get one fixed.

## The claim a readout makes, and the one it does not

A readout marks venues against six criteria whose weights were settled before any venue was marked
against them, and prints the workings ([how we rate](/method)). Every column on it describes
an instrument, a book or a document. None of it describes a reader.

Nothing on this domain is therefore advice, a recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to deal in
anything. Opening a page makes nobody a client. No one here acts for a reader, holds money for one
or owes one a duty, and no one here knows a reader's balance, open positions, horizon, obligations
or tax position. A table put in order by a published formula cannot stand in for any of that, and
is not meant to.

A score compresses six measured or documented things into one number on a sixteen-point scale. It
is a judgement about those things as they stood on the day they were read — never a forecast about
a price, about a venue's future or about anyone's result. The instruments these pages describe are
carried on margin and can end with every dollar committed to them gone, and the person who commits
the dollars keeps that outcome to themselves.

Put as a condition of reading rather than as a disclosure, it comes to this: a venue's presence on
a page was bought, and its place on that page was not.

## How long a figure stands before it goes stale

Every number printed here carries the day it was taken, and that day is the strongest thing this
site says about it. Fee schedules, margin tables, market lists, sign-in rules and withdrawal routes
were read in each venue's own documentation on 18 September 2026. Open interest and 24-hour
turnover are each venue's own report of itself, carried from the derivatives ranking CoinMarketCap
published on 22 September 2026. Price impact, spread and depth are measured here and nowhere else,
from public books over a stated window, and printed as medians with the number of readings behind
each row.

None of it is live. Nothing on this domain refreshes while a page sits open, and a figure has no
way of knowing that the thing it describes has moved. A venue can cut a fee, widen a margin band or
lengthen a restricted list overnight, without notice to anyone and certainly without notice to
this desk; from that moment the page is wrong, and it stays wrong until the next pass over the
site.

What is undertaken here is the pass, not the number. When the set is read again, each date moves
with the reading behind it and never on its own; no date on this site is written ahead of the
reading it belongs to, and none of them is a forecast of when the next one lands. Until then
nothing mends itself. Before money is committed, the venue's own page is the authority and this one is a
pointer to it — and a date here that is already months old should be read as an instruction to go
and look.

## Other people's documents, and the links that reach them

Where a figure came out of a document, the link beside it goes to that document and nowhere else: a
fee page, a margin schedule, an audit report, a set of trading terms. Those pages belong to the
venues and to the firms that audit them. This site does not host them, cannot hold them still and
has no say in what they will say next month. A link that answers today may answer differently
later, or stop answering altogether, and finding that is a reason to write in rather than a defect
in the venue.

A sentence inside quotation marks is reproduced word for word from the source named next to it,
with the day it was read attached. Quoting something is evidence that it was published, not
agreement with it. The same holds for any figure a venue reports about itself: it is carried with
its origin showing and read as a claim its author is responsible for, not as proof.

Venue names, product names and marks belong to whoever owns them and appear here for one purpose,
which is to say who is being described. Nothing on this domain suggests that a venue supplied a
page, approved one, endorsed one or had a hand in the order of any table.

## Eligibility is settled between a reader and a venue

Whether a particular person may open an account at a particular venue is a question this site
cannot answer and does not attempt. It turns on where that person is, on the venue's own terms, on
its screening and its refused list, and on the law the reader lives under. The answer belongs to
the venue and to the reader, in that order, and never to a table.

The restricted column in a table is a summary of what a document said on the day somebody here read
it. That is a reading. It is not legal advice, and it is not a finding about any particular person.
A venue may turn down an application without explaining itself, and may do so long after these
pages have reported what its terms appeared to permit.

Nothing is opened from this domain. There is no application form, no referral route, no onboarding
step and no account of any kind, so reading a page checks nobody against anything. Tax arising from
a trade and whatever reporting goes with it, any permission a reader needs where they live, and the
age at which these instruments may be touched at all, are the reader's own to establish before the
first order and not afterwards.

## What a wrong number on this site owes

These pages are published as they stand. Nothing here guarantees that a figure is complete, that a
document went unamended between the reading and the printing, that a snapshot caught a book in a
state worth generalising from, or that this domain will answer at any given moment.

The measurements earn a caution of their own. A depth figure is the median of a small run of
snapshots of one public book inside one window, both sides of the mid added together. It reports
what was resting there while it was watched. It is not a promise about a fill, and an order large
enough to matter moves the very price it is being measured against.

So, as far as the law allows, this publication is not answerable for a loss taken on a trade, on an
account or at a venue picked after reading it, nor for what anyone else does with a figure copied
out of a table here. The decision to put money behind a margined contract is made by the person
putting it there, with the venue's own documents open in front of them.

What this site does answer for is its record. A figure shown to be wrong is read again and
reprinted, and that remedy is the subject of the last section.

## Filing a correction, quoting a page, revising this one

Corrections go to readout@wp-monero-miner.com. A useful one names the page, names the figure
and points at somewhere a different value is published; a reading is far quicker to replace than to
argue over.

The handling is the same every time. The source is opened again, or the book is, and the old reading is set
against the new one. If the old value was wrong, the page is reprinted carrying the new value and
the day it was taken, and the revision line under the heading moves along with it. If the old value
was right, the reply says so and shows the document it came out of, and the page stands as it is.
Either way an answer goes back to the address that wrote in.

Quoting these pages is welcome on one condition, which is that the date travels with the number. A
figure lifted out of a table and reprinted bare becomes a different claim from the one made here,
and a stale figure carrying this site's name does more harm than no figure at all. The plain-text
twin that every address on this domain also serves is public and may be cited on the same terms.

This page changes by being rewritten. The date under the heading is the entire record of when that
last happened, because no earlier version is kept anywhere.
